toms' commission terms and conditions.

1. before i start drawing, you must give me a reference of what you want me to draw and be specific. ( ex : what pose you want, what character you want me to draw, what outfit, ect. )

2. payment will be upfront. i will not start working on your commissions unless you pay first. and, no refunds.

3. i will draw things such as: ocs, fanart, fictional ships, couples, and furries.
i will not do: irl ships ( there is a difference between actual couples and shipping, so pleased dont get them mixed up. ) , nsfw , gore , incest , pedophilia , mecha , animals , and complicated backgrounds . ( backgrounds will either be solid or patterned. )

4. if you would like me to draw something way out of my comfort zone, commission will either be delayed or declined.

5. if you need a commission to be done by a specific date, please let me know before i start drawing.

6. commission will only be for personal use. you are not allowed to edit [add onto] the commission , claim it as your own , and trace it .

7. i have the absolute right to decline a commission if it seems either too hard for me to draw, or i cannot get it done by a specific time.

8. time estimated will be max atleast 48 hours if im not too busy as i most likely would have school and homework. if i do turn out to be busy, i will tell you before i handle your commission.

9. i recommend dming me through discord during discussing . if you would like to dm me through twitter that is completely fine, but my dms do get quite buggy so i most likely wouldnt be able to respond on time!
